                    Sacred Mountain Yoga was founded in March of 2010. It is my desire to teach Yoga, beyond asanas(postures) just for fitness and weight loss. I teach a variety of different classes on a weekly basis around the GTA, including private and small group sessions.
                       

                    My focus as a teacher is to create a space for students to begin to discover their true nature. To teach techniques on how to quiet the inner chatter of the mind and be present with what is.
                    Classes focus on breathing awareness and emphasize how to get in and out of postures safely and effectively.

                    Studying and teaching yoga is my life and passion. I am grateful for the opportunity to teach others the powerful healing benefits of practicing yoga, on and off their mats!

                    Students take a class with me and discover how simple yoga practices can be!
